Solutions Architect, Lead Systems Analyst
AWG | E-commerce solutions integrator, 30+ clients portfolio
Design high-level system architecture with the C4 model and supporting documentation (BRD, HLD, ADR, OpenAPI contracts, domain glossaries). Elicit and document business, system and non-functional requirements, then turn them into development tasks during architecture sessions with business and engineering. Design integration solutions, API specifications and data models across SQL and NoSQL stores. Lead project working groups of up to 30 members with weekly planning. Run 1-2-1 mentoring to grow analysts' engineering competencies. Establish systems-analysis and SDLC processes, including artifact pyramids, naming standards and development cadences and rituals. Apply AI-assisted analysis and design across these projects — building prompt pipelines for interview transcript analysis and requirements/architecture generation, and contributing to the team's multi-agent systems (MAS) setup with MCP-based tooling and shared knowledge graphs.

Key Client Projects:
  • Simplewine (09.2023–Present) — built SDLC processes for web and mobile teams and a knowledge-base taxonomy; gathered requirements for and helped deliver marketplace integrations (SberMarket, MegaMarket, Yandex Market); designed e-commerce services for selling events; cut analyst task cycle time by ~30% over the engagement and recruited and trained the analyst team; audited and designed the middle-office architecture (moving away from monoliths); planned and ran the migration of services and infrastructure to the OXYGEN data center
  • Gloria Jeans (06.2022–09.2023) — designed ETL integration services embedding client business logic to roll out a packaged OMS (Starfish24), handling peaks of 10K orders per day; led the systems-analysis team on the Order Management System rollout; integration with Ensi Platform and other retail and logistics services
  • Vostok-Service (06.2024–Present) — designed the micro-service architecture of the online store (19 services: catalog, cart, notifications, locations, SSO, integrations with 1С/Bitrix/Elasticsearch/in-house inventory system); authored 60+ API integration contracts and 35 data models (Couchbase, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Keycloak); documented decisions as ADRs and introduced the design regulations and artifact pyramid the analyst team works by
  • FC Spartak (03.2026–Present) — led pre-project discovery for the spartak.com site contour: ran 20+ stakeholder interviews, authored a BRD and an HLD with 8 bounded contexts and a headless service decomposition, integration-flow catalog and NFR profiles
  • Garshinka.ru (10.2025–Present) — ran an audit of the legacy landscape and prepared a security report with prioritized risks; designed the Go-based Catalog Service (~60K product variations, 19 RabbitMQ queues, history-pipeline, Drupal→Couchbase/Elasticsearch migration); authored Kubernetes manifests and capacity sizing for Couchbase, RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch on the shared cluster
  • Basconi / Vitacci (12.2025–05.2026) — designed the architecture of a premium fashion store and its omnichannel loyalty ecosystem across 31 retail stores; specified integration flows with 1С:УТ (master data), Bitrix24, ЮKassa, СДЭК, OSMI Cards and SMS Traffic; defined performance (Core Web Vitals) and data-model requirements (PLP/PDP/Order/Category/Product)

Other AWG projects / consulting:
  • BNS (12.2021–06.2022) — introduced the artifact pyramid, ADR practice and Change-Request management; halved analytics task time-to-market by adding multi-stage estimation and client expectation management
  • BeriKladovku — designed a modular-monolith for a self-storage rental platform (B2C, franchisees, admin) with 24+ data models and integrations (payment gateway, cloud cash register, 1С:УТ, Keycloak, S3, Dadata)
  • FIDO, Kixbox, Siberian Wellness — advisory engagements: mapped the hard/soft-skill profile and ran technical interviews for a Head of Business Analysis (FIDO), reviewed systems-analysis artifacts (Kixbox), and ran pre-project domain discovery (Siberian Wellness)
